Woods and U-Haul need to train the staff better. U-haul needs to validate its upload link for the photos renters and vendors staff should be obtaining before clients leave the lot and when they return. The upload link DID NOT WORK! The Woods staff member did not know what to do when the link failed me, and she failed to photograph the hooked up trailer to validate that I had done it correctly. Otherwise, the equipment worked fine, and the Woods staff were as accommodating as they could be. They just need more training, and U-Haul needs to check the upload link for client equipment photographs. They should compare systems with the “Turo” auto rental business.
