Great all around. They did not have a regular hand truck like we needed. They replaced with a appliance dolly that didn't work for us snd offered no refund on dolly. No refund asked for but would be nice to get one for dolly

WILLIAM ANothing really. What is noteworthy is that I have used U-Haul trucks a number of times during the last 20+ years. I was pleasantly surprised how well the 26’ truck pulling a 12’ Uhaul trailer handled on my recent long haul. The slogan drives like a van hauls like a truck is no exaggeration. Thank you

JAMES BI dropped off at a different location than what was originally scheduled. It was a much more convenient location for me. After unloading the truck we drove to a nearby store for some snacks. The store also had U-Haul trucks and trailers there. When I showed up it was 7:30 pm and the store closed at 8 pm. When I got there I asked if I could drop the truck and trailer off at this location instead. However, there wasn’t anyone there to receive the return at 7:30 pm. The clerk at the store called the lady who handles the U-Haul rentals and she came in to handle my unplanned return. This saved me at least an hour of driving, maybe an hour and a half. Great customer service at Woods Grocery Store in Stockton, MO!
