As for my original reservation I give you a 0. You allowed a stranger to take my reservation and caused me to have to go out my way. Everyone tried to help me but yall let the lady keep my truck and mess up my rental. You condone fraud!
AMBER BActually have people at the drop off site and manage your people better I waited over 30 mins to talk to someone on the office and no one was there. I would not be using this service again and very expensive
