I think its absolutely ridiculous that I would be charged a $25 cleaning fee for a truck that was dirty when I picked it up. Im sure the last person that rented it was charged the same fee and the truck was not cleaned when they returned it either. Charging a 25 fee for something that isn't being done is robbery and I plan on calling customer service about it. Check in was a nightmare and no one was at the location. The first location no one showed up. I will NEVER rent from this location again. Only official u haul stores for now.
