The U-haul app was a little misleading. I “checked in” with the app as I was picking up the trailer. I had given my payment information on the app. I wrongly assumed that was all I needed to do. U-haul contacted me after I had already picked up the trailer and I had to arrange payment again. The trailer had two pallets in it when I made it to my destination. It also has a little gravel inside of it.

Worst experience I’ve had with any business. From employees being rude to the truck being absolutely filthy. Will not be renting from U-Haul again unless it’s my last resort. It’s been something everyone I’ve rented from U-Haul.

Ralph HThe pads, dollies, and other equipment I ordered were not on the truck and I was not notified of that until I got to Mount Ida. The person at that location said he tried to get a hold of me, but I don't have a record of that on my cell phone or email. However, he was helpful in hooking up the truck to the auto transport, which I appreciated.
