They forgot to put the furniture pads in, which she did try to make it right by bringing them later however by then half of the truck was loaded and they were moot at that point. The issues we had were more with the uhual app. The process was confusing and took almost an hour at pickup. The U-Haul rep (not associated with this location) called us after booking and said there were not 26 ft trucks and the closest was 25 miles away. MICHAEL MSuper easy and convenient to return
CHAD MI have now received three calls asking me why I didn't return the U-Haul that I dropped off two days early. The U-Haul was returned on the 13th with a full tank of gas and cleaner than when I picked it up but for some reason John's repair had not done their work in turning in the U-Haul. I would not recommend this location to a friend.
