1800 uhaul is a joke and was at this location for 6 hour
Chance LDrop off was smooth. The people who answered at 1 (800) go U-Haul were very friendly, but were totally unhelpful. We were directed to locations that did not have the equipment we needed. We wasted hours trying to find a location that could help. Calling the number is a total waste of time. I almost gave up on U-Haul, and I likely won’t use them again.
PAMELA WWaited for almost an hour to get a truck that was dirty inside and only had 1/4 tank of gas. Had trouble with the uhaul app.
