Rich HThey forgot to put the furniture pads in, which she did try to make it right by bringing them later however by then half of the truck was loaded and they were moot at that point. The issues we had were more with the uhual app. The process was confusing and took almost an hour at pickup. The U-Haul rep (not associated with this location) called us after booking and said there were not 26 ft trucks and the closest was 25 miles away. Meanwhile, there was a 26’ truck at this location that we’d available…
