After hours, Sunday drop off. Office was closed. Drop off of U-Haul was adequate and convenient
Tracey REasy pickup, friendly customer service and the vehicle was in good order. I’ll definitely be using this location again.
Annette AI had reserved a unit for Calgary but had to drive 2 hours return to Strathmore for one (none in Calgary). U-Haul helped with fuel costs by adjusting the price. Frustrating part was within 1/2 kilometre of where we needed the unit, one was sitting at a dealer (G&B Fuel in Hawkwood, Calgary).
David KIf you make a reservation, the reservation should staynon the same name. She change my reservation to friend's name. Now, I can't use my invoice for moving on my income tax. Really sad, Janick Sirard
