The truck we reserved was not available as promised. We had to move our plans around to accommodate getting a truck earlier. It was also a bigger truck than we wanted. When we got it, the inside of the back was filthy. It looked like they had been moving mud and straw. We had to clean it out as best we could. Then when I returned it, we got charged a cleaning fee because I said that it wasn’t clean. Not a great experience. The lady on site who helped us was fantastic despite the rest of our experience.
