The PICK UP site was not open when we arrived to pickup the truck -the lock box instructions were given by a very short tempered angry man on phone who was not helpful. The price I was quoted was not the price I was charged . The blankets and equipment I ordered was not on the truck. The email I was told that I would receive an email to review the situation never arrived, The entire experience was unprofessional and stressful I would never use them again ! The drop off location instructions were well structured.
TAMARA PThere was no person. Did everything over the phone and expected me to hook up all on my own. I know what I am doing when it comes to towing so it was fine but still.
COREY EIt was a “virtual” location that did not have the items I ordered and the truck was completely empty of gas.
GREGORY HI don’t have much feedback as I dropped off here and the office was closed. The drop box was clearly visible and marked. My return was processed quickly the following day.
