Jesper SL there were supposed to be somebody there there was nobody there. I called and left a message on the phone number that was out in front of it and nobody ever replied back to me to this day. The truck had dirt in it. It should be vacuumed out and the piece that moves the seat forward and backward was practically broken. It was very hard to move the seat. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
Taylor SBilled for 2 days only used from 9 to 4:30 due to a major leak, the enclosed trailer was rented to protect the belongings but all was wet when we went to unload. We called when turned in and were told we will only be billed for a day. But now we have paid double for poor services that caused damaged and extra work to an already stressful day. We will only be recommending not to trust uhauls and this dealer.
Jonathan MMy real problem was with the app process. With self-service pickup the app requires a second form of identification which completely ignores all previous information. The app is poorly designed and crashes.
