Was not a drop off that can check in the truck it was more of a depo. I would have never returned the truck where there is no actually person to deal with.
SEAN LIt was fine, but it was a very random run down location. There was no communication or personnel there to help us at all. Everything worked out, but I would've hoped for better quality service from beginning to end.
Richard BThe trips i took were only 2.8mi each way. I took a total of 5 trips. Which should equal about 28 miles. However the company is stating to say i drove 49 miles which would’ve had to been 9 trips and we never drove that much. I’m still waiting for a dispute
Cody MThe App made it easy. The location changed to an equally easy to get to location and I received a call from U-Haul prior. The office was closed on the Monday at 0930 but the App allowed me to drop it off, take pictures, and depart without any human interaction.
