The app and website are not easy to navigate! To be honest it was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Overall it was a pain in the ass.

Michael MPickup location was not staffed. I had to call a phone number to talk to somebody at a different location who did everything over the phone and via text. Then I had to hook up the trailer myself. All of the ratchets were heavily rusted and barely worked. The fold down fender was broken and missing a rubber t-handle to secure it.
