I did not know ahead of time that I would be picking up the UHaul totally "on Line". it was a bit confusing until I realized that there was no human being on the premises.
James MThe directions on how to pick-up when your not there, were not communicated very clear.. us over 50 and no kids in the house, makes us a little challenged in the app world! My husband was livid.. we got it though. Over all our move is a success and now to unpack and make our new home a home 🏡
HEIDI SThere was no one at this location when dropping off the trailer. When I called they told me to drop it off and they would do the paperwork later. I was there during posted open hours
