When I picked up the truck, there was a message on it regarding the tire system, they should be properly maintained before someone rents them. Also the driver side window opener was broken, I tried to fix it the best I could The lock was a pain to open, to get the key out

But your app is terrible
Timothy HThis is not a U-Haul establishment. Nobody is there to check you in or out.
MARIO CIt is a remote location and you have to blindly walk in to find the service desk. The guy says lets go outside and get you hooked up and take pictures. He disappeared and never came out to help. We went in 2 times to find him to get his pictures. Never found him so we just left. But to make matters worse the trailer was bad. We had the leaf spring break and wasted 3.5 hours on the side of the road to get a new one.
