I did not like the way I had to get my rental threw via the app , it was not user friendly then the return was twic as long to return a truck because the customer has to do all the work The help I received with picking up the truck was outstanding , returning the truck there was ZERO assistance

The person I dealt with was friendly, but did not remedy my issues! I had to utilize actual UHaul personnel for my issues! The building and grounds at Stuart Motorsports appeared rundown!
Floyd BAll went well. I had to pick up on the mobile app doe to doing it at 6am. She helped me get through that.
DANTE MMobile pick-up was a mess. Word lock for keys was not setup.
Marcelo CImprove the U-Haul rental app or start paying the guy at the rental location. He was helpful and if it wasn't for him I would've canceled my rental and gone elsewhere after the problems I had with the app. The dam app was very confusing
