* first I havent ever used the uhaul app before. * I didn't feel comfortable about it and the vendor was condescending about it. * getting my key was difficult. The lever to release the latch wasn't unlatching because it was rusty. * vendor wont come out and help. * I had to come back in to ask again for his help. * vendor got slick and pulled a new lubricated lock...then once again with his condescending comments..gave me a tutorial on how a good functioning lock works. Not like the piece of shit outside. * then after all that . I have listed a dolly to move my washer. * vendor literally doesn't have to do any with the rental forms and requirements. * finally you'd he'd have my reservation prepped . NO ..I came back in and asked about the dolly..vendor replies..yeah..their right there...go ahead and grab one. Never will I use that vendor.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe clerk at the location was mostly disinterested in handling the rental. He left the counter to get his lunch and started eating while handling the checkout. I rented 24 pads and there were some in the back of the truck not folded while 10 were just thrown in a heap on the floor of the dealership not folded at all. I had to wipe down the inside of the truck including cup holders soaked with coffee. I included a two wheel dolly but they didn’t have one. I’ve rented lots of U-Haul trucks and by far this was the worst experience.
Paul G45 MINUTES TO COMPLETE CHECKIN WITH YOUR GLITCHY APP. UNABLE TO RETURN THE ITEM VIA APP, TOO MANY GLITCHES. CHATTED IN TO COMPLETE. THEN CHARGED A $20 AFTER HOURS FEE, FOR WHAT? NO STAFF, NO HELP.
Nathaniel ZI already told you the mileage I was build for was incorrect now you have tacked on even more money. I have a picture of the mileage when I received it. I have always wanted see U-Haul and I will no longer use them because you have defrauded me and robbed me.
Stephen JUnimpressive parking lot - closed on Mondays so I returned on my own with no representative. Disagreed with gas charge no one to discuss with . Only one in the general area so although I checked recommend it would be more for information purposes then a good business
