Improve the U-Haul rental app or start paying the guy at the rental location. He was helpful and if it wasn't for him I would've canceled my rental and gone elsewhere after the problems I had with the app. The dam app was very confusing

Walter KYou charged me after hours return fee even though it was returned at approximately 2:00 p.m. You also overcharged me on the rental. We will have the credit card company remove the charges for you if you don't.
