While no one met me, the arrangements were made over the phone and it was pretty seamless. The trailer and trip was perfect with no issues.

The nice lady that took my call was patient and helped me through the rental process. Great job!!!
PETER MIt was easy to drop off the trailer and the U-Haul app makes it easy to drop off the trailer. However, there was no one available to assist if needed. But they did have a phone number I called to confirm the drop off and get a receipt emailed to me.
Ron LWas not a drop off that can check in the truck it was more of a depo. I would have never returned the truck where there is no actually person to deal with.
SEAN LIt was fine, but it was a very random run down location. There was no communication or personnel there to help us at all. Everything worked out, but I would've hoped for better quality service from beginning to end.
