It wasn’t obvious to us that we had to take pictures and send them to a link in a text message. By the time we told to do that, the link had expired.

While no one met me, the arrangements were made over the phone and it was pretty seamless. The trailer and trip was perfect with no issues.

PETER MIt was easy to drop off the trailer and the U-Haul app makes it easy to drop off the trailer. However, there was no one available to assist if needed. But they did have a phone number I called to confirm the drop off and get a receipt emailed to me.
Ron LWas not a drop off that can check in the truck it was more of a depo. I would have never returned the truck where there is no actually person to deal with.
