Firstly, your call support centre is brutal. I received a message the day before I was to pick up my rental. I tried to return the call-3 times. The first 2 times I was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. The last time for 20 minutes then I hung up. Then the day that I was helping my daughter move, I get a phone call 40 minutes away from my destination, telling me that my reservation was for the previous day. I explained that I had made my reservation over the phone, and that I had confirmed that I would be picking it up around noon. They assured me they would move my reservation to that day. Your staff in Sudbury on LaSalle were great to deal with, even if they couldn't get their technology to work right away. 15 minutes later, I finally got my keys. Then when I returned my truck after hours, despite the web site saying it was ooen until 10 PM, when we arrived at 9:45 PM, no one was in site and the doors were locked. I called the 1-800 number and I spoke to a lovely woman (Kim) who was very helpful and courteous. She pointed me to your app to close out my contract. But when I tried to close it out, I had a problem entering the information. The app responded by thanking me and assured me someone would contact me in the morning to close it out. Needless to say, I never heard from anyone. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. To say I'm not impressed in the least is an understatement. I was fortunate enough to have run my own business for many years and what i learned very quickly was how important customer service is, and how customer care centers ensured they had enough people that customers were never on hold very long. With my total time on hold being 80+ minutes, any chance of me not being angry and frustrated were slim and none. It was probably good that no one took my call. But I would give the lady named Kim a raise as she was kind, helpful and responsive. She helped me find the drop box and certainly made me feel appreciated. I appreciate that the economy has called for cut backs on staffing but if it affects your organization to this extent, you may want to re-look at your customer service strategy.

Location was excellent however uhaul itself not so much .... Our vehicle was not available at original location we got our reservation guarantee refund however it didn't nearly cover the extra 40-50 miles, time and extra fuel so it ended up costing us way more money. Sad they can't do better when they are the ones to inconvenience us
Jayson BWe didn’t get checked out right when we dropped it off. I didn’t get a receipt or anything. Not sure if this is normal but we dropped it off around 4 aug 12 and it says 4:01 we dropped it off on Aug 13. I received an emailed invoice on the 13th. The man was very polite at the store just didn’t really help us. Just took the keys
