We didn’t get checked out right when we dropped it off. I didn’t get a receipt or anything. Not sure if this is normal but we dropped it off around 4 aug 12 and it says 4:01 we dropped it off on Aug 13. I received an emailed invoice on the 13th. The man was very polite at the store just didn’t really help us. Just took the keys
