The management team in this location is terrible. Despite the fact that i told them and sent them pictures that there was a discrepancy on the miles that was recorded versus the actual miles on the vehicle, the management team did not do anything to adjust the price, I spoke to the manager, Kevin, sent him the pictures of the mileage when i took the vehicle and when i returned the vehicle. All efforts to speak to him proved abortive as he was not picking calls nor returning messages. I was charged 74 miles above what i actually used. I had to report the incident to the upper management.
ROTIMI OOver charged me on total milage, and over charged me 3 gallon gas fees....untrustworthy company, I won't go use them again.
