Reserved online and included an appliance dolly. When picking up the equipment I was told no appliance dolly was available even though I reserved one. And it was priced out in the reservation. Agent did offer a free standard dolly, but I had to purchase a strap at a hardware store in order to move appliance. U-Haul web site says this location opens at 8AM. However a typewritten paper on the door says they open at 9:30. I disconnect the trailer myself and left it in a prominent location. Used U-Haul app to compete check-in. Don't plan on using Affordable again. There are other locations that have better service and equipment.

WARREN STo have a desk check in again. Kevin has been helpful, another staff at the office will only respond with I don’t know whenever I would ask for any information like he was annoyed to be bothered especially I have not done the app check in and the previous staff there have always been very helpful with me. Will recommend location if they have personal check in available again .
