Don't ever rent from Uhaul on a day where no one will be at the pickup and drop off location. Customer service is nonexistent. The Uhaul AP is a complete pike of dung.
theodore gIt's absurd to charge me 40 dollars a day and a dollar a mile on top of that. I had to go very far out of my way to reach your locations and making me pay extra on top of that after renting the truck for an additional two days is ridiculous. I will not be using uhaul again and I will be letting all of my friends and family know as well
BRANDON MThe lady at the front was extremely rude. We had to swap out from a 10 foot to a 26 foot tank that was covered in mud and cost us more in gas and would’ve cost us more in mileage if we would’ve gotten the one in Saint Clair so either way we paid extra for something we didn’t need.
BRYAN PMost of the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the woman that checked me in and that I notified when I returned the trailer was not very nice. I was obviously bothering her by being there. And the next day I was woke up being notified that she had never noted that I returned the trailer and my reservation was showing up as late.
