How U-Haul Reviews WorkFrom pickup to drop off, it was seamless. Was thoroughly warned about having the right vehicle…which I did. People check your towing hitch, skip the competitors, and U-Haul!
Matt WWe were given incorrect information about pick-up process by a very unfriendly receptionist at D&M Truck Center which delayed us getting our truck by several hours. Back of truck was not clean and truck ramp was very dirty. Had a very hard time reaching anyone at U-Haul to help us with our situation.
PAM BYoung lady was a very polite person. Very enjoyable.
