Uhaul as a company (not this location) has absurd prices for a single-day move. Advertised as $50/day, ends up being over $130 with mileage. Offer local deals for people needing pickup and drop offs at the same location within the same day, like a flat fee

Susan AThe problem was the contract stated to drop off at 500 Main St and we took it there and the man said it was not in the system but to park it there and we did. Two days later we recd a call stated we were two days late and were bill late return fees. We went to the original drop off and it was still parked in the same place. The man working there was very rude and unconcerned. The lady working at Texas Barrell Supply kindly ask us to bring it to her and we did. She was very kind and helpful . She waived the fees because it wasn’t our fault. I would use this location again. The original drop off I would never ever use again even if I had to use another company and I certainly would not employ this man . He will surely ruin your business.
