That app should be able to be access by all authorized drivers. It was a mess. It took us hours to get the uhaul. But once we picked it up , everything was great.

RUSSELL MI requested dropping off in Larson, but was assigned this location which meant I had to drop off at the end of the day yesterday…which was early. This morning my trailer was checked in during operating hours but the location charged me an after hours fee. I called and it was blamed on the system,, but I was told he couldn’t do anything about it. I use U-Haul a ton and this is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this. I pray it’s the last, because another incident will force me to believe that U-Haul isn’t a company that wants my business anymore.
