There were drugs in the uhaul when i picked it up.

JAMES DI asked for moving blankets and they were not in truck. I took pictures at mobile check in as requested to show they were not there but you still tried to charge me at the end. I had to call and speak with Ashley and she removed them. But I should have not had waste time sitting on hold to get to customer service to ask to have something removed that I had already put in your system that I did not get.
