The trailers no longer have tongue cranks and the tongues are quite heavy, at least on the 6x12 trailer. Maybe offer a jack to assist any customer who is by themself, if there is no staff available to assist. Other than that everything was fantastic.

IMAN WI used the 24/7 app to rent truck. App made me do steps several times taking pictures. Need additional phone number other than the number I had given them. Had to call in to Uhaul because it was after hours 6:00 am, to help out. It was frustrating. Because I rented from Uhaul too many times to count. This was unexpected and time consuming. Not like I have not been a loyal customer Over all it worked out.
