Nasbia MI wouldn’t recommend the van it smelled awful like a dead body and we only got to move one load because the smell made us physically sick,headaches and nausea so we turned the van in 5 hours early and now we will have to pay another $70 bucks to rent a different U-Haul to finish the job.

POPE JDid an online check out because it was a Sunday and the location was closed...didn't provide a code to unlock box to get the keys..had to call someone who really couldn't help..so she had to call someone who could..and it took me almost an hour to get the keys to the truck when it was booked more than 24 hours in advance
