The only thing I can recommend is increasing the inventory. In all of Phoenix, there was not one 6 x 12 trailer available. The young lady at the Gilbert location went above and beyond to find us the trailer at this location.

Location was fine however no receipt could be given because I rented online. I had to check out online and wait for an emailed receipt. A reservation ought to be able to be taken care of in store or online. If i didn't have my phone how was i supposed to check in the trailer? Get your online and in store computer systems in sync.
WENDI MThe cab needed cleaning and the windshield wipers needed replaced. The representative at AZ Veteran Security U-Haul was personable, capable, and made sure we understood all details of the charges and equipment.
OTIS TI would never pick up a Uhaul again at a 24 hour mobile site. The Uhaul was dirty upon arrival, the truck had horrible shocks, and the furniture pads, utility dolly, and appliance dolly were all missing the from the truck. I was unable to get the equipment I needed since this was a not a store.
