I would like to know how I can get a refund from moving help, because they don't show up I waited for 2 hours and then I decided to canceled but they still got the payment from my card

The gentleman that was working in the front office this morning was a very nice person explained everything to us very friendly and knew what he was talking about. I will be coming back because I need to move my furniture now.
Virginia AWe usually rent from a different U-Haul location, but since our regular branch was fully booked for weeks, we made about three reservations at this location instead. On our second rental, I noticed the cost had increased significantly, so I checked the receipt and saw a $75 cleaning fee. I called U-Haul customer service to ask about the charge and was told it was for a small water spill in the trunk. Even the representative agreed the fee seemed unreasonable. Fortunately, U-Haul investigated and reversed the charge, which I truly appreciate. However, after reviewing receipts from this location and comparing them with others I’ve used, I noticed this is the only branch consistently adding at least a $25 fee to each rental. If you plan on renting from this location, I recommend carefully reviewing your receipt to ensure no unexpected charges are added.

EDGAR SEverything worked as it should. There was an issue at checkout (the truck I drove was not the truck that was checked out to me) but the staff on location saw the issue and took care of it, and all was fine.
