DAVID SThis is not the fault of the location that I picked up the rental, but U-Haul, as a company, needs to improve operability of the app in relation to its ability to take and transfers photos when you pick up a U-Haul trailer. Dealers I have dealt with recently, as well as through a company I used to work for that rented through U-Haul, constantly complain about how badly the app operates when trying to do this function. My recent experiences over the last six months have been out of four rentals, I’ve only been able to send photos for one rental.
