The equipment was clean, easy to find and the setup was easy to use. The app is very user friendly as I made a mistake and reserved for the wrong day and it was easy to remedy. Our only complaint was the rails in the box were pulled loose from the the wall and we needed them to secure a large grandfather clock. Otherwise the entire process was extremely user friendly and the equipment makes making a last minute move for an elderly woman with a lot of fragile antiques super easy and kept them safe!

BILLY ENo one was there. The office was closed. I dropped off at 0713 on the day it was due back but I got charged an extra $438 for extra time I DID NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did as directed and got fined for it!
