I reserved a 20 foot truck and a 2 wheel dolly to tow my vehicle. Got called the day before pickup and was told 1) Have to take 26 foot instead (did not fit where I was loading) and 2) I have to take a full size car hauler (also did not fit where I was loading. I did not need a 26 foot truck and having to use this truck increased my fuel bill substantially (Vancouver BC to Edmonton AB) Not impressed.

SANGWON LIt was a nice experience renting U-Haul here. Was efficient and convenient. Employees helped me attach the trailer to my vehicle.
SHUYAN LReservation was at 10 am. Store was to be opened at 10am . Store was not open til 10:20. 1030 by the time I was able to get paperwork done . Equityhat was reserved in reservation was not there resulting in having to travel to another location pickup equipment. Was told by employee at second location that a complaint would be submitted and the manager would call me. Manager did not call to deal with complaint.
