The vehicle was not clean inside but worked ok. There was also an unpleasant odour in the cab. I asked someone to contact me as I see that I’ve been billed without even submitting the mileage information. I am also concerned about some of the charges on the invoice. Marx was a very nice man and helped me which I greatly appreciated. Pins or Daphne, please call me, Heather Andruski P.S. I can’t give good ratings until my questions and concerns are resolved. I will be happy to change my submissions after a resolution is reached.
Heather AWe had a breakdown half way to our destination, from Vancouver to Nova Scotia. A wheel bearing went bad but a call to breakdown number talked to Melissa who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It was a pleasure being helped by her and she is a credit to your company.
