Whenever i book a u haul, i always am assigned to a different location than what i choose. Also this location today i used, for some reasons my 10 foot truck consumed 25$ worth of gas for just 18 miles. That is not fair to the customer, just for 18 miles and 3 hours of rent i ended up spending 90$ for a 10 foot truck. I will never rent a u haul again.

Deepak SThe truck wasn’t in the lot, walked a block to go get it off the street. Then they were rushing me after I got my keys. I was having trouble getting my verification photos and they told us to leave and call customer support. Told me they had more paying customers and I’m blocking their parking.
GURNOOR BI don’t how you count the miles it goes to 97 miles without. It just travels about 9-10 miles. You can track too..
HARDIK VStaff were very helpful and handled the pick up well. I reached out, as we were running late transitting from the Island, and they were sweet and assured that everything was ready.
