Robin GI had an absolutely terrible experience with U-Haul due to the unprofessional, rude, and dishonest behavior of the person who handed me the truck. From the moment I arrived, his attitude was completely unfriendly and disrespectful. He lacked any professionalism, and his behavior was far from what a customer should expect. However, the worst part was his dishonesty. When I later received my invoice, I was shocked to see that the mileage recorded was 50 kilometers more than what I had actually driven. This is completely unacceptable! Overcharging a customer through false mileage is nothing short of a scam. Because of this horrible experience and the unacceptable attitude of this employee, I will never rent from U-Haul again. I strongly warn others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as they clearly do not value honesty or customer service!
