When I picked up the truck there was only 40 miles of gas in it and the back was not swept out and the blankets were just thrown in top corner. I left 50 miles of gas in it and made sure it was swpet out and blankets folded neatly. Other than that everything was great very easy to use the app.

ERWIN RI’m very happy with the location I picked, but disappointed with your dispatching system. I booked another truck for March 10 to pick up from same location but a lady dispatch called me and changed the pick up location with out my concern and hung up on me. I had no choice to call back report her and canceled the March 10 booking.
SAYAR KImprove the mobile booking system and notify customers when the uhaul that was reserved is not back. It's such an inconvenience and wast of time when one pulls up to the location and the vehicle is not there
