This place fraudulently charged my credit card for a reservation I never made. They charged $543 to my credit card without my authorization. How is it possible that U-Haul can charge credit cards without someone's permission. There is a reservation on my account that I never made, nor was I even in the province where this trailer was rental. What drivers license was provided? I will never be renting from this company again. Full stop.

kim cI will be honest that my experience with this uHaul dealer location was pretty good and I should have gone here in the first place. The worker that helped me was able to help out with everything maybe because he wasn't too busy but because I am kind of new to using uHaul by myself and am still learning how the system works he was able to help me out with every single thing. 5 stars is what I give this person and business, would do business with again, thanks.
MICHAEL OExcellent service convenient and easy
Ashok JI rented a 4x8 trailer 1 way with a drop off in south Surrey, however the options for after hour drop off were non existent. Therefore I had to store the trailer in my garage overnight, and by doing so, it cost me an extra day rental. I only recommend because it was the closest to me. Ray was polite and helpful, and there to greet me.
