In first place, they changed the pick up and drop off location. The U-haul I rented had a ABS light on (we had to take on our own risk because there was nothing else available). We ended up waiting for over an hour, they didn’t clean it, the windshield was covered with bugs. The gas was less than a quarter tank and when I returned in the same condition they charged me for gas.
