This was my second UHaul experience. The first one was great. My friend booked it for me about a month ago from a different location in Newton, Surrey. This time around, it was just okay. On the plus side, the truck was available late, which was super convenient, and the person running the UHaul service was really friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like was that the garage door was really stiff and kind of jammed. Same with the lock, it was tough to use. Also, the light in the cargo area only stayed on for a few seconds, which made moving stuff at night pretty frustrating. All in all, it was an average experience.
