I booked the truck for 12 hours. I wanted to extend the reservation for another 4 hours. Called Uhaul, they were closed. Went to chat online, no response, left a call back number but no one called. The person at Aden florist was very accommodating. He didn't charge me for keeping the truck outside the reservation for 3 hours. Your app is garbage by the way.

Mohamed RDid not answer my questions in person, parked truck on street a couple blocks away, no overnight key drop off (which was what I tried asking about) and hung up on me when I called to clarify about returning the truck, did not respond to message sent through the app. Vehicle needed to be vacuumed out as it had sand and leaves in the cab.
