People in rural Maine understand your app service is not going to work. After another 15 minutes trying to get the app to even load or access my location I just put my keys in the box because I dont work for Uhaul. When I called the employees asked me to confirm the truck and that the gas was full. Thats a world that makes sense. Everything else is your problem. I am the customer. I will actively seek out a rental business that speaks to me.
