I was very upset that I reserved 5 days in advance, then I get a phone call telling me that my 15 foot truck I reserved to pick up at 9 a.m. would not be available until 1:45 p.m. Having no choice, I had to pay an extra 10.00 and get a larger truck in orders to continue with the original move time. This was inconsiderate, and added expense, and no apology, just "It's not our fault, we have nothing to do with it. " I feel that my 10.00 should have been refunded.
