One minor glitch which had to do with the location we picked up the truck, but we were able to drop off and only wait a bit til the discrepancy was addressed.

KEVIN BI had to drive from Regina to Swift Current because there were no trucks. This was more than 200 kilometers of gasoline.
Jose CTrailer straps the ratchet mechanism was rusty and very difficult to use. And I got charged twice.
Anthoniadis MIt took way to long and didn't even get what I asked for had to rebook and I'm not happy with so many questions that aren't even relevant to what I was doing. I don't recommend uhaul to anyone. I hope they will change the stupid system to the way they had it 10 years ago
