I booked the vehicle on line then spent an hour at the location speaking with somebody else to finally get vehicle. Vehicle had not been cleaned, cab was dirty and items were left in back of truck. Photos were taken and I notified the location of pick up. The truck had been at the location for at least 2 days before I rented it as I saw the vehicle there. The interior had not been cleaned at all. I cleaned it before I left

Kelvin BOne minor glitch which had to do with the location we picked up the truck, but we were able to drop off and only wait a bit til the discrepancy was addressed.
