Equipment was poorly maintained. No license plate on car carrier. Had to use a printed piece of paper. Vehicle wasn’t ready for pick up at my appointed time.

Marc CTrailers were scattered over lot. I had to move a trailer that was sitting in front of the one I rented. I would say they don’t care about the UHaul equipment. I always tell our sales team your the face of the company.
