It was indicated to me that a Uhaul representative would be present at the scheduled pick up time to assist in selecting and hitching the trailer that was rented - NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!!!!! Terribly unprofessional - and to expect people to lift the trailer hitch up to the truck receiver is dangerous and I suspect that Uhaul could actually be subject to civil litigation (i.e. sued) for potential injuries resulting from this. I would never recommend this business to anyone else, and in the future, will seek out smaller private businesses that emphasize CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Stephen SBooked online and had selected another pickup location. Not sure why U-Haul, switched the location, was not a good start to the rental experience going to the location selected to find out U-Haul changed it. U-Haul app is very slow and combersome took 25mins at least to get the trailer rented.
Bruce KNever dropped the first vehicle off. It was towed. However, this was the place where I picked up the replacement vehicle which broke down within 2 hours of pick up. Personnel were okay but the equipment was faulty.
