The girl had no idea what to do, had to phone her manager, There really was no where to park the trailer, did the best we could. Did not receive anything saying we dropped it off.

Was told what we wanted was in stock, sent a reservation, & then it wasn't. They convinced us to rent a bigger unit, sent a reservation for that, which said 1,001 MILE allowance, we put on about 950, & then they charged us extra for everything over 622 miles. On top of that, an hour down the road we realized the one Dually tire was flat, & we had to take care of it ourselves, as it wasn't worth the hassle & the 5 hours we would have to wait.
HENRY PEquipment was poorly maintained. No license plate on car carrier. Had to use a printed piece of paper. Vehicle wasn’t ready for pick up at my appointed time.
