The tow dolly i rented was covered in snow and ice. Ratchet straps were frozen and had severe tears in them. My pickup time was 9am. I was on time but had to wait 30 min for the person to show up and try to open the app to confirm. (Happened both times for me). Very frustrating to say the least. I hate having to drop off the equipment at the same location in the same city when there is a closer drop off near my house. I was told that I had to pick up and drop off at same location.

I booked the vehicle on line then spent an hour at the location speaking with somebody else to finally get vehicle. Vehicle had not been cleaned, cab was dirty and items were left in back of truck. Photos were taken and I notified the location of pick up. The truck had been at the location for at least 2 days before I rented it as I saw the vehicle there. The interior had not been cleaned at all. I cleaned it before I left
