You only give me an option to review the location but was no problem with the location, I have rated it 'poor' just to get your attention. I know if I rate 'excellent' that it is, you will not read my complaints. If you are truly looking for feedback, I want you to know that the U-Haul customer service through numbers 1 888 438 3323 and 1 800 468 4285 is the most terrible I have ever experienced. Below are the issues. 1) I had called to book a truck but I was not EDUCATED about options. I never knew that there was the largest 26 inches truck, the middle one and the smallest. The person I spoke to should have advised me that there were those options. I was given the biggest truck I had never driven before, because that was the only one available at the location. It was really hard driving that big monster for 1700 kms, and I hated how it consumed gas. I had budgeted $ 700 for gas, I ended up using $ 1,200! I had to call friends on the way to send me gas money. And I got a minor accident with it just after 200km. It was just too big for my experience. 2) We went to pick up the truck on Saturday June 28 at around 10, we did not get the truck until 2pm because people we called could not tell us that we needed to pay first before we can be given access code. And whoever I spoke with when I booked for the truck misled me that your system accepts debit cards but it was not. It took the owner of the business to call someone to help us pay in store, after he came back three times seeing that we were stranded in his store. Without him, we would not have travelled the that weekend because the store was not open.. For 6 hours we were trying to call those two numbers and many times we were being transferred around, people were picking calls and once they hear how frustrated I am, they were hanging up or transferring me to no where! 3) I rented an auto transporter. We unhooked to make a turn at home, we could not hook it back as the lever to crank it up to the hitch was not moving at all. I called for a refund because I did not use that damn thing but I was told that was my problem, and that I will have to pay for you guys to retrieve it from my home! I ended up driving the car I should have hauled, and paid $ 300 gas for it. U HAUL IS THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE I EVER HAD TO ENDURE. I HOPE I WILL NEVER HAVE A REASON TO EVER USE YOU AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WHENEVER THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE, I WILL RECOMMEND THAT.
