This was a breeze to reserve, then getting the credit card on file, and the keys in my hand in less then 15 minutes, it was a great experience,I'm glad I chose to use U-Haul and not any other trucks because it was 100% worth $112 plus $27 in gas to drive 33.5 Miles. I took it home, it was my first time driving anything bigger than a lifted Dodge Ram, which was harder to drive than the U-Haul. My ONLY,small complaint I can think of is that as a short woman, I couldn't adjust the passenger mirror to where I needed to be able to see where I needed to, and if we did adjust it to that spot the spring loaded part would kick the mirror and fold it in so it was fine, I had help with backing up if I needed. Other than that I'm so happy I used U-Haul to empty my basement and dumped off all in one convenient trip! The man who helped me was a fantastic employee and was super helpful and explained everything perfectly and his attitude was very happy and comforting. Thank you U-Haul!
