App did not give me a code as to were to get key. Had to wait an hour for employee to show up and was late. Gave me a different van as the one I was booked for was parked in a snow banks and was unable to take pictures because it was to close to other vehicles. On the computer the van showed 1/2 tank of gas when I started it it was on 1/4 tank. Had to get the employee to come look at it so she could see it. Was told I would get a 20% discount which I DID NOT.

When I arrived to pick up the trailer it was in a snow bank and it was full of snow, which we had to shovel out before we could put anything into the trailer. It would have convenient if this location had a trailer hitch to rent as well. We had a rental truck which had the hitch attached to the truck but we did not have an insert and needed to buy one, which we assumed would have been available at this location. When we asked about the insert with a ball attachment, we were told that there was no inventory of these items at this time. Otherwise, the trailer worked fine and served our purposes.
