U-Haul stated that I can return the vehicle the same day at 10 PM upon arrival, since my appointment is at 4 PM. The owner/representative at this location stated they closed at 5 PM and needed to bring the vehicle back the next day. I was told i can keep the truck for a 24 hr period since i paid for a a days worth. After having to rearrange my plans to come back the next day, I was slapped with a second day of rental fees I hadn't expected. This place works in bad faith, and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.
