Had to park the truck in the median on the street since there was no room in the parking lot. Dangerous getting out of the truck and crossing the street. Friendly staff though.
David LI dropped the dolly off and the owner asked me to help the guy unload the dolly and I asked him if I needed to sign something or if I needed paperwork he said no I walked off
Estevan SThis is my second time being referred to this UHUAL as I’ve lived near by for some time. The truck was well maintained as far as no internal issues, road well, breaks, air conditioning, seat belts, and such. However the inside of the truck where you sit wasn’t cleaned, it has something split in back of the seat and old dirt by the drivers feet. The back of the truck also has dirk and Little Rock’s inside of it . I worked around it and got the job done, upon return it was made easy. The woman inside was very warm and inviting, answered all questions and gave information as to what I should be looking for next. I appreciate the service of uhaul . Thank you for making my move easy to get through.
