This was not the location or the trailer size I need it. I reserved for 20 foot and only got 15 feet. I had to dispose of a number of items and could not move them to Las Vegas, which is very disappointing. A trailer hook up would not have worked for me. This is not the first time. U-Haul has switched me at the last minute and I have had to throw things away Willy’s bike was very friendly and professional, but he was not the source of the problem. I am really disappointed in you all even though the dispatcher who arranged this location was very nice, I still did not get what I needed, and I am likely to disparage U-Haul for quite some time to come.
