The front right tow, dolly strap was torn, and too short, made it impossible to tell the car that I was trying to tell because it wouldn't even fit over the tire. The person recognized this when I was picking it up and said it doesn't matter it should still work I then believed it and drove off two hours away to pick up a car which I could not pick up without going to a local hardware store in the area after I already loaded it so I had to take the vehicle off go to local hardware store pick up new straps to go onto it secure them and then drive another two hours back making sure to not go too fast worrying about that strap
