The location is good, the app experience was horrible. It took me over an hour and 4 phone calls to get the truck checked out. The app would not upload photos. It would not let me check out and pick up the truck. I will be renting fromm Hertz from now on. I don’t care if I have to pay more.
Ryan CFill the gas tanks already. Need to get rid of that giant lake in the parking lot. I felt the the covering the windshield so I couldn't see the crack was deceptive. It made me worry that I would be charged for the new windshield.
JAMES STruck was not stocked with the items i requested. My wife had to go to another location to pick up the furniture pads and mattress covers. Nobody was on site when i picked up the truck
