This recent experience with Uhaul over all was a complete loss and failure!! We originally reserved a 15' box car from the West Valley location on 4700 South. The Thursday night prior to pick up on Saturday morning, we receive 2 text messages that our rental is no longer available however, we have a confirmation notice. They want us to accept a 26' footer for the same price. A size that we don't want plus the cost of fuel to the dump, then from Utah to Colorado going through 2 different canyons. So, our only option first thing Sat a.m. is to drive a rental car from West Valley City to Syracuse Utah, at what we ended up having to go through an incredible rain storm to and from back to the storage unit in Magna. When we got to Don's Meats, Lance was very kind and could not believe that they forced us to drive there, he wasn't pleased with Uhauls disregard for us. He was trying to get us a better price on the truck, we were there an hour or longer. All of this time loss sets us back on what needs to be done. We finally get to the unit to go forward and the Manager Carlos at Prime Storage denies access, I go inside to find out why, absolutely NO APOLOGY, then he allows 2 trucks to be parked in the through fair so time loss again. We start to clean out and the mice fecus is apparent. Long story short, between Uhaul & Carlos this was a sentimental journey that we were on, sorting through our memories. We could not get to the dump on time. We were able to retrieve some of my son's items, we were forced to leave the majority of our lives memories. I did call Lance about the discount that he put in for us, and he had spoken to a man that said that he would call me and make the situation right. NEVER A CALL!!! With the extra mileage to get the truck, we still had to pay $40.00 extra. So, very disappointed, NEVER AGAIN!! I can't rate Don's Meats to recommend considering he had little to no control of what Uhaul in W.V.C. did to us. Do better...Be better!! I had to rate this anyways to submit.

Ryan CFill the gas tanks already. Need to get rid of that giant lake in the parking lot. I felt the the covering the windshield so I couldn't see the crack was deceptive. It made me worry that I would be charged for the new windshield.
JAMES STruck was not stocked with the items i requested. My wife had to go to another location to pick up the furniture pads and mattress covers. Nobody was on site when i picked up the truck
